What we don't do

Plain rules for every listing

We don't certify, verify or recommend any business, Featured or not.
No per-lead fees. People contact you directly, not through us.
We don't post fake reviews, ratings or "in demand" badges.

Questions

What does "Featured (ad)" mean?

A Featured listing is an advertisement. It is labeled "Featured (ad)". It is not a recommendation, rating, referral, or endorsement by us or by any agency or university.

Where does my Featured listing appear, and how does rotation work?

A Featured listing shows only on the county pages for the South Carolina counties you pick as your service area in your listing. If you change those counties, the places it shows change to match. It doesn't show on county pages for counties you haven't picked. Each county page shows up to 3 Featured listings at the top of that county's results. When more than 3 Featured listings serve a county, they take turns: every time the page loads, the Featured listings for that county are shuffled at random. No spot, position or number of views is guaranteed. Featured listings that aren't in the top 3 on a given page load still appear lower in that county's results, labeled "Featured (ad)."

How do I cancel? Do I get a refund?

Cancel anytime online through our secure Stripe customer portal, or email hello@swppphq.com from the address on your account with the subject "Cancel". Cancellation stops all future charges. Your listing stays Featured until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Then it goes back to a free listing, unless you asked us to remove it. Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If we bill you in error, or after you cancelled, we’ll refund that charge in full. If we remove a Featured listing or stop offering Featured listings for a reason other than your breach of the listing terms, we’ll refund the unused part of your prepaid fee.

Does Featured mean SWPPP HQ recommends or certifies my business?

No. A featured listing is an advertisement. It is not a recommendation, rating, referral, or endorsement by us or by any agency or university. Paying doesn’t change what our guides say, and doesn’t affect any free listing.

Where does the info on my free listing come from?

Unclaimed listings show basic facts we copied from each business’s own public website: business name, city, the areas and services it says it offers, and its website link. Claimed listings are added or confirmed by the business through our listing request form or by email.

Can I list more than one county or service?

Yes. Your listing can show every county you serve and each service type you offer.

List your business on the county pages you serve.
