SWPPP inspection form template: weekly construction stormwater inspection (South Carolina, generic)
Based on SCR100000 (effective Mar 30, 2026). Last checked Oct 20, 2026. Each field shows the permit section it comes from (e.g., §4.2.F.I). This form lists only the report items in §4.2.F, plus related §4.2 items. Your On-Site SWPPP (OS-SWPPP), C-SWPPP, MS4, or SCDES may require more; follow them.
Open questions, not resolved here. Inspection schedule: the permit says at least once every calendar week, with no more than 9 days between inspections (§4.2.B); SC Reg. 72-307 uses different wording. Who may inspect: some site sizes and situations aren't clearly covered by §4.2.E (for example, exactly 2.0 acres, LCP lots of 2 acres or less, and the cross-reference in 4.2.E.II). We don't answer these. Follow your own permit coverage, C-SWPPP/OS-SWPPP, and MS4, and ask SCDES or your MS4 if unsure.
